How does the training work in the villages?
A team of four people is equipped to enter a community as a catalyst for God-intended change.
The training team imparts a vision for holistic development and mobilizes the community to work together.
The community elects representatives to serve on a development committee. The training team trains the committee to manage the development process.
The committee recruits volunteers who are trained by the training team to visit every home, sharing God’s Word while meeting felt needs.
People come to Christ and are discipled in new-life groups. The process is then multiplied to neighboring communities. |
